Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Fathom Launcher desktop app, the website at fathomlauncher.com and the online services around them (accounts, leaderboard, friends, chat and license keys). By creating an account, buying a key or using the launcher you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Fathom Launcher is

Fathom Launcher is an unofficial fan project. It is a launcher and toolset for practising and timing “No Coin” runs of a web version of Subway Surfers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Kiloo or SYBO Games. Subway Surfers and related names, characters and artwork are the property of their respective owners and are not ours.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and confirm it with the code we send you.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.
• One account is for one person. An account can be used on a limited number of computers (currently one) and by one computer at a time. Sharing, selling or renting an account is not allowed and can lead to it being suspended.
• Usernames and profile pictures must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate someone else. We may change or remove them.

3. License key

• A key is a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use Fathom Launcher. “Lifetime” means for as long as the service is offered; it does not guarantee that the service will exist forever.
• A key is linked to one account when you activate it and cannot be moved to another account afterwards.
• We may deactivate a key that was refunded, charged back, obtained fraudulently or used against these terms.

4. Payments

Keys are sold at the price shown at checkout. We accept PayPal and some cryptocurrencies. Crypto payments must be sent exactly as shown, on the right network: funds sent to the wrong network or with a wrong amount may be lost, and we cannot recover them. Payment confirmation may take time and some payments are checked by hand. See the refund policy.

5. Fair play and leaderboard

• Times posted to the online leaderboard must come from real, unassisted play. Automation, tampering with the timer or the game, or submitting false times is cheating.
• We may remove times or accounts that look invalid, without notice.
• The launcher includes practice aids (such as unlimited resources and a training mode). Training and practice runs never count for the leaderboard.

6. Friends and chat

Do not harass, threaten, spam or share illegal or hateful content. Do not send other people’s personal information. You can block and report other users from the friends list. We may remove messages, limit chat or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. What you must not do

• Reverse engineer the online services, attack or overload them, or try to access other people’s data.
• Resell, redistribute or publicly re-host the launcher or the game files it downloads.
• Use the service for anything illegal.

8. Service and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees, and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued (for example if a rights holder asks us to). We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, lost runs or lost funds sent to a wrong crypto address or network. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
