Privacy Policy

This explains what personal data Fathom Launcher collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it to what is needed to run accounts, the leaderboard, friends and purchases.

What we collect

• Account data: username, email address, a hashed password (we never store the password itself), optional profile picture, and when the account was created.
• Gameplay data you choose to send: your No Coin times posted to the leaderboard, with the date and result (coin or crash), and the map. Your run history, settings and profiles stay on your PC and are not uploaded.
• Social data: friends and friend requests, your online status while the launcher is open, and chat messages with your friends.
• Devices and security: an anonymous random device ID, the device type (for example “Windows PC”), the IP address and time of recent sign-ins. We use this to enforce the limit on computers per account, send “new device” alerts and prevent abuse.
• Purchases: the order code, amount, the email you used, and the payment reference (PayPal payer name or email, or the blockchain transaction ID). We do not see or store card details.
• Support messages: what you write to us, your email, and basic app information that the support form adds (launcher version, system, language).
• Server logs: technical records (such as errors and request times) kept for a short time to keep the service running.

Why and legal basis

• To provide the service you asked for (accounts, leaderboard, friends, license): performance of a contract.
• To keep the service secure and prevent cheating, account sharing and fraud: legitimate interest.
• To keep accounting records for payments when required: legal obligation.
• Sending you emails about your account, purchase or support request. We do not send marketing email.

Who else handles your data

• Resend sends our emails (confirmation codes, receipts, alerts).
• PayPal processes PayPal payments under its own privacy policy. Crypto payments are public on their blockchain.
• Cloudflare provides our domain and DNS; our server runs on a virtual private server (VPS).
• The launcher can fetch current rates and public blockchain data (for purchase checks) from third-party services.

We do not sell your data and do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

• Account data: until you delete your account.
• Chat messages: up to 90 days.
• Device and sign-in records: up to about 120 days after last use.
• Order and payment records: as long as needed for accounting and refunds.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. From your account page you can change your email and password, see and remove your devices, download a copy of your data and delete your account. You can also write to support@fathomlauncher.com. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to object, to restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website and launcher store your sign-in session and preferences in your browser’s local storage, which is strictly necessary to work.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
