Refund Policy

A Fathom Launcher key is a digital product delivered right after payment. We want you to be happy with it, so here is how refunds work.

You can ask for a refund if

• the key does not work or the launcher cannot run on your PC and we cannot fix it;
• you were charged twice or paid the wrong amount by mistake;
• you changed your mind within 7 days of the purchase and have not used the license beyond trying it (for example you posted no times to the leaderboard).

Please note

• If you are a consumer in the EU/UK you may have a legal right of withdrawal. Because the key is digital content delivered immediately, by purchasing you agree it is delivered at once and that you lose the right of withdrawal once the key is activated, to the extent the law allows. This does not affect your other legal rights, for example when the product is faulty.
• A refunded key is deactivated, and the account loses the license.
• Accounts banned for cheating, sharing or breaking the terms are not eligible for a refund.

Crypto payments

Crypto payments are final on the blockchain. If we refund one, we send the amount we received (not the network fees) back to the address that paid, converted at the amount originally paid in the same coin. Payments sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network or with the wrong amount may not be recoverable.

PayPal payments

Refunds are made through PayPal to the same account. PayPal fees on the original payment may not be returned to us. Please contact us before opening a dispute: we reply quickly and almost always find a solution.

How to ask

Write to support@fathomlauncher.com or Discord 7dw8 with your order code (it starts with FL-) and the email you used. We usually answer within one or two days.
